Andrea Communications Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. Should any item not fully meet your expectations in every way, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a prompt and courteous refund*. We can only accept returns if the item was purchased from Andrea Communications. A refund will be issued in the same form as the original purchase (minus the shipping cost).

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM ANDREA COMMUNICATIONS. To request a return material authorization (RMA) number, simply call our Support Department at 800.442.7787 or contact them via email at support@andreacommunications.com. Any returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

Andrea Communications will only accept merchandise for return if it meets the following criteria:

  • The return request was made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
  • The item being returned is unused and in resalable condition with its original packaging intact,¬†including all documentation, manuals, parts, and accessories.

*PLEASE NOTE:

  • Units returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item does not include all of its parts, packaging, and publications, the restocking fee can be increased at the discretion of Andrea Communications.
  • ALL shipments must be prepaid by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or certified mail.
  • The RMA number is valid for 30 days.
